Length Specifications of Stainless Steel Braided Hoses

A stainless steel braided hose is manufactured by covering a stainless steel inner tube with a layer of woven stainless steel wire. It is mainly used for electrical circuit protection and pipeline connections for household faucets, toilets, showerheads and other fittings. There are no universal fixed length specifications for stainless steel braided hoses, which are usually customized according to actual requirements. What criteria should be followed when selecting them? Relevant guidelines are introduced as follows.

   Determine the length of the stainless steel braided hose in accordance with the layout and design requirements of pipeline connections, ensuring the hose can span the required distance to connect various components or equipment.

3. Take into account the bending, expansion and contraction requirements of the stainless steel braided hose during installation and service. Select a suitable length specification to prevent damage to the hose or disruption of fluid transmission when it bends, expands or contracts.

5. A properly sized stainless steel braided hose enables convenient and flexible installation. Meanwhile, avoid excessively long hoses that cause messy routing or occupy excessive space.

6. 4.Fluid Transmission Requirements

7. Select the appropriate hose length based on fluid transmission demands and working pressure. The length shall meet fluid delivery requirements; neither overly long nor overly short dimensions are acceptable.
   

Common standard lengths of stainless steel braided hoses include 20 cm, 30 cm, 40 cm, 50 cm, 60 cm, 80 cm, 100 cm, 120 cm and 150 cm. If standard sizes cannot meet demands, customers may place custom orders with manufacturers.
